AUSTIN

Austin Town Lake is undoubtedly the ideal place for the line. The six miles of water is blocked at both ends, it is not very common. BOSTON

Boston and Cambridge are common with rowing history. New line boathouses on the Charles River. Four belong to clubs: Union, Riverside, Cambridge, and Community Rowing. LOS ANGELES

Sunny Los Angeles offers many great things for rowers, with the best chance of being the line throughout the year. There are very few days each year when the time is you get a great workout. The Angels are lucky paddlers rowing in the greatest man in the marine light in the world, a place called Marina del Rey. Marine waters are well protected, which allows the line in calm water most mornings. A head race three miles is organized by the Yacht Club in California each fall, which is a loop around Marina. Besides rowing, there are tons of tourist attractions and outdoor adventures take place in Los Angeles, with many hotels and restaurants near the water (and vicinity LAX, which is just minutes away Marina del Rey).

SAN DIEGO

Rowing at San Diego is more or less located in Mission Bay, about six miles north of the airport San Diego, Mission Beach and Pacific Beach and flanked. The area is full of restaurants, beach and bay tours and hotels. San Diego Rowing Club is located in Mission the beach, with ZLAC Rowing Club located in Pacific Beach. SEATTLE

Seattle Rowing is rather mystical. Rowers often begin their day with the launch of looking at the summit of Mount Rainier, and seeing the reflection of Breaking Dawn on the rooftops of the city and a wink. Then there are a lot of water to use, it has a different taste and feel. WASHINGTON, DC

Rowing in the nation's capital since the early 1800s. The oldest boat club in Washington, DC, Potomac Boat Club (circa 1869) is more than one hundred and thirty years. Thompson Boat Center, a public institution located half a mile from Potomac River Boat Club hosts most of high school and collegiate programs rowing in the region. Thompson Boat Center, individuals can rent boat for hours, provided they can show who have experience rowing. Capital Rowing Club, located next to the shipyard in the south-DC, the lines in the Anacostia River, and offers rowing opportunities for guests. Perhaps the best thing I know about rowing on the DC is to be able to see many sights of the shore, as the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial and Arlington Cemetery to name a few.

Obviously the tourist attractions are many in Washington, DC, but some sites near the Potomac Boat Club with Thompson Boat Center include the Iwo Jima Memorial and Arlington Cemetery, the National Cathedral, a large number of monuments and in the vicinity of the Smithsonian Institution, and walking and shopping in historic Georgetown, Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan. If you're in Capital District Rowing Club, a nice place to visit over the weekend is the Eastern Market, a crafts market and outdoor food that has been in existence for over 100 years. It is directly opposite the bus stop East Metro market.

A nice place for lunch or dinner right on the Potomac River and Tony Joe's Sequoia at the port of Georgetown in Washington. In summer, these restaurants are packed on weekends, and are excellent places to observe people.
